What is Lightning Lane?
Lightning Lane Multi Pass and Single Pass are services provided by Disney that allows guests to book return times for rides so that they can avoid long standby lines.
The service can be purchased through the "My Disney Experience" app up to seven days in advance of your check in if you are staying at an eligible Disney resort or at Shades of Green. All other guests will be able to purchase it three days before their visit.
All guests purchasing Lightning Lane MultiPass will be able to book up to 3 rides per day in advance of their park visit

Lightning Lane Passes can only be purchased using the My Disney Experience app.
How much does a Lightning Lane Pass cost?
The cost varies on a daily basis and is different depending on which park you are visiting. For Lightning Lane Single Passes, the price will vary depending on which ride you are booking.
How does a Lightning Lane Pass work?
A Lightning Lane Pass allows you to book a return time (known as a Lightning Lane reservation) for a ride to reduce the amount of time you will spend in line. With the Multi Pass, you can book up to three rides per day in advance of your arrival. Once you have checked into a ride, you can book another ride.
Availability of Lightning Lane reservations is limited.
