When I went to Shades of Green in January of 2023 to purchase tickets as a DD-214 Veteran (not disabled or retired), I was told by the desk clerk that the law had changed and that Veterans would be allowed to purchase tickets at any time of the year. Is that the case, or are veterans still only restricted to January and September purchases?
