We must have a ticket request submitted to us by using our website. See https://www.shadesofgreen.org/experiences/attractions/attraction-tickets.
Once we've received your request, one of our ticket agents will call to collect payment and in most cases the tickets will be emailed to you.
We are usually able to call within 1-2 days of receiving your request. During peak times the delay may be a little longer.
