Can I buy tickets in person?

We sell tickets in person at our ticket office. We are open every day from 8am to 6pm.

Shades of Green is located at 1950 W Magnolia Palm Dr, Lake Buena Vista 32830. We are located across the street from Disney's Polynesian resort.

To access our property, you will need to have a valid military ID (VHIC or Uniformed Services ID card) or DOD Civilian ID.  In the months of January or September you can access the property by showing proof of honorable discharge (DD-214).

Please note that Disney Parks require park reservations in addition to having a valid ticket.  If you wait until you arrive in Orlando to purchase your tickets, Disney Park reservations may be limited or unavailable.
